Arriving
When is the market?
Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21, 2026.
When should I arrive, and how long can I stay?
Arrive during the entry window on your ticket, and stay until we close: 9 PM on Friday, 5 PM on Saturday. If you have Saturday Early Access, the entry cutoff is noon, and you are welcome until five.
What is the arrival window for each ticket?
- Ohio Made OG VIP, Friday: arrive 4 to 5 PM, stay until 9.
- Friday VIP Shopping Party: choose 5 or 6:30 PM entry, stay until 9.
- Saturday Early Access: choose 9 or 10 AM entry, stay until 5.
- Saturday General Admission: come anytime from noon, we close at 5.
Where do I enter?
Through the hotel entrance. It is the only way in for everyone, and you never have to step on the casino floor.
Is parking free?
Yes. Lots and the attached garage, all free.
Tickets
Is the market all ages?
Yes, both days, with no age requirement. Every guest needs a ticket to get into the shopping area, and kids 12 and under are free on Saturday with a reserved online ticket. Friday night is our cocktail-and-DJ shopping party, so it tends to be a grown-up night out. Saturday, and Early Access in particular, is the family window. Drinks are for guests 21 and over.
Do children need tickets?
Every child needs a ticket. On Saturday, kids 12 and under are free with a reserved online ticket: reserve Eventbrite's "Saturday Children 12 & Under - All Day Ticket" when you get yours.
Does my Friday ticket get me in on Saturday?
Yes, both of them. Ohio Made OG VIP and Friday VIP Shopping Party are Friday VIP tickets, and your Friday wristband gets you back in Saturday after 11 AM, an hour before General Admission opens. No second ticket, just keep the wristband on.
Does my ticket include a drink?
Only OG VIP comes with one, the champagne toast for 10 years of Ohio Made, for guests 21 and over. Everything else at the bars is purchased separately.
Will there be a line?
Some years, yes. People have lined up for this market since 2016. The casino sets how many people fit in the room, not us, and when it fills, our staff let people in as space opens. Friday VIP and Saturday Early Access get you in earlier, before the main crowds. Earlier is not a promise of no wait.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds. Review Eventbrite's current ticket terms before checkout.
At the market
Can I stay at the hotel?
Yes. The new hotel connects straight to the Event Center. Shop Friday night, sleep upstairs, come back Saturday. Rooms are booked with the hotel, not with us.
Is there food?
The Hill Eatery & Lounge is in the hotel lobby for breakfast and dinner. Check their hours with the hotel.
What should I bring?
A big bag, a card or cash, comfortable shoes, and your ticket on your phone. Shop Ohio Made totes are for sale at the Ohio Made booth if you want one.
