Tickets are sold through Eventbrite. When you choose Get Tickets on our Tickets page, Eventbrite’s checkout either opens in a window on this page or takes you to Eventbrite’s website, and Eventbrite’s checkout code loads only after you make that choice. Eventbrite can see that you came from our website; when checkout opens on this page, it also receives the address of the page you started from, with any tracking codes removed. The details you enter at checkout go to Eventbrite and to Ohio Made as the event organizer. Eventbrite’s checkout may set Eventbrite cookies and, depending on your location and choices, may use analytics and advertising tools connected to our event listing, such as a Meta pixel. When you sign up for our newsletter, on this website or on Mailchimp’s own signup form, your email address, your name if you add it, and which emails you want (for shoppers, for Ohio Makers, or both) go directly from your browser to Mailchimp, the service that sends Ohio Made’s emails, and are kept in Ohio Made’s mailing list. Mailchimp also receives technical details such as your IP address and browser, and may set its own cookies. Mailchimp is contacted only when you submit the form or open its signup page.
